Russell Aldersson
Russell Aldersson has a dual professional role as a freelance sign language interpreter and language teacher to adult sign language users at the City Literary Institute. He has a masters degree in Applied Linguistics and a second in Language Teaching.
His doctorate research with the Institute of Education has focused on translanguaging theory and meaning making in the context of a language class and how teachers navigate talking about metalanguage in BSL. He lives in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
